The Service Deep Clean in Action

Miller's Vanguard is renowned for our expert Scheduled Maintenance offering which combines both a 'Service Deep Clean' coupled with an exhaustive Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programme.

The primary goal of our preventive maintenance regime is to avoid the failure of key food preparation equipment, before it actually occurs. It is designed to preserve and enhance equipment reliability by checking and replacing worn components before they actually fail. Usually we schedule up to four PPM visits to nominated devices per year.

Our Service Deep Clean takes a different approach, compared to other maintenance contractors, as we don't simply steam clean devices, but exchange a pre-determined number of components with ones that have been through a caustic bath in our workshop. This gives an unparalleled level of cleanliness. We pay particular attention to areas difficult to access by store staff. The aim is to leave the equipment in as good as new condition.

All our Service Engineers' activities are governed by specialist Method Statements which specify the pre-determined list of maintenance tasks that need to be performed. Pleasingly we receive many plaudits regards the efficiency of the Scheduled Maintenance programme we provide for all our major customers.
