Resolution A: First Time Fix
Our goal is to diagnose & fix ALL jobs on the first visit. Each engineer carries a high volume of the fast moving items, in their high capacity ‘Mercedes Vito’ van. Their handheld PDAs give real time parts usage, so stock is instantly replenished & the van stock profile is constantly refined through our ‘Siclops’ business management system.

Resolution B: Specialist Part Ordered
In some cases our engineers needs to order specialist parts. In this scenario they speak to our technical team who pre-screen all parts ordered ensuring a correct match. Once received parts are dispatched on 24hr turnaround to our engineers from our central stock warehouse which holds thousands of bakery and catering parts lines.

Resolution C: Replacement Device Supplied
For jobs that are irreparable onsite or beyond economic repair, the device is simply uplifted from the store and a replacement is provided from a stock of ‘ready to dispatch’ rebuilt devices. As we store all idle equipment for our customers, we are able to offer this unique service.
